I created Thread Joy, a clothing line that uses embroidery to give a new colorful, fun life to thrifted finds.
I started embroidering as another way to edit my clothes and as an alternative to buying new clothing or fast fashion. The former design on the clothing inspires the new design, making each piece unique. I decided to bring my designs to market by concepting, branding, and launching Thread Joy. This side hustle helps me practice circular design, and also allows me to express my style in a new way.
